Concierge Triumphs with Mind Challenge at SHTM College Days

The Concierge successfully organized "The Mind Challenge: Real or Fake Edition." Held at STL Caseroom 2. The event featured a captivating battle of wits among three teams composed of fairies-sirens, elves, and sirens. Held during the second day of the SHTM College Days 2024.

The teams were put to the test in various rounds of easy, moderate, and hard where each requiring them to discern between real and fake information. From identifying the history of hospitality and tourism to discerning legalities, food safety, tourism terminologies, and Philippine culture.

Mind Challenge champion was clinched by the realm of elves participated by Liza Leslie Pangan, Denise Alexine Pakkal, Alpha Mae Rivera, and Krisel Anne Bitangcol, garnering a total combined points of 56.

Meanwhile, the realm of Sirens with teams of Mark Lester Wylengco, Bryan Joshua Ragotero, Justine Denisse Sampang, Princess Ann Calaguas, and Angelene Mañacop drops to 46 points placing them 1st runner-up, a 2-point advantage from the 2nd place - a combination of realm of fairies and realm of sirens namely Andrea Viviene Mones, Chennie Miles Evaristo, Lorenzo Jr. Santos, Anna Dominique Malijan, and Kenji Reyes achieving 44 points.

This event was hosted by News and Special Sections Editor Cheska Bisnar and Ryza Montevirgin respectively. The event was filled with excitement and enchantment as the hosts' engaging personalities and witty banter added a touch of magic to the competition.
